Whether you’re trying to lose weight or you simply want to look and feel healthier, one of the best ways to rid your body of harmful toxins is to drink water. Just 6 to 8 glasses every day will help to keep you hydrated and keep your vital organs in their best possible health.

This is one of my favorite detox water for weight loss and clearer skin. All you need is the following is this detox water for weight loss recipe:

2L of Spring or Distilled Water

1 medium lemon

2 medium cucumber

10-12 mint leaves (optional)

Chop lemons, cucumbers and mint leaves(optional) place them in a Mason jar or container. Poor in 2l of water. Let steep overnight and you will wake up to a refreshing and exhilarating drink.
